She was fifteen years old when this picture was taken. Her parents withdrew her after four days of having rocks thrown at her, spat on, mocked and harassed. Fifteen years old! Think on that for a moment.
Just think that those people in the picture are probably still alive. I wonder if they’re embarrassed that for their whole life, a picture of them being racist has been passed around. I wonder if they changed or if they still think this way.

▲So this is my first day on the diet and also my first day walking for lunch.I started using my spark people account. even though I cant use a lot of the foods on their meal plans I think they are great for a regular diet or healthy eating plan.
Just starting to get really uncomfortable and back pain is getting worse at this weight so I decided to do something about it. Started the Dukan Diet and its challenging but I know it will be worth it.
So this first picture is my chart for the dukan diet. Staying on the diet I should be at 131 by July *crosses fingers*

My weight and measurements. I put in my current weight yesterday already dropped 3lbs im guessing its water weight I had very little sodium today.

this was my lunch walk I dont really see myself making any goals for this just that its something I want to do at least 3x a week during lunch.

Didnt hit the calorie intake goal on the site but I see it as a good thing while the site got mad LOL im just sticking to the dukan

2.38 mile walk during lunch
I lost 5lbs from this picture but whatever its my me at my heaviest so I thought it the most suitable

K, so I dont know if Ill be updating on my weight daily because I just get lazy with anything that isnt twitter. Hopefully at least once a week though.
